In terms of financial market experience and knowledge, there are few with more than Michael Cleary. In 1987, Mike founded Cleary Gull, Inc., a Wisconsin-based financial services firm, where he served the majority of those years as chairman and chief executive officer. Cleary Gull built a successful affinity business providing financial planning and investment management services to commercial airline pilots and their families. The investment services part of the firm eventually sold to Johnson Financial Group Company where he continued to help guide decision making until 2021. Mike brings invaluable experience, knowledge, and business insights to Oarsman Capital’s Advisory Board.
