Dan joined Oarsman Capital in 2023 and is responsible for servicing client accounts, account maintenance, reconciling transactions, AUM reporting, and performance reporting. He also serves as the main point of contact for IT-related issues.
Before joining the firm, Dan recently spent a year at Operose Advisors in Milwaukee, WI. Prior to that he spent for nine years at Geneva Capital Management in Milwaukee (later acquired by Henderson Global Investors in 2014) as an intern and advanced his career to become head of portfolio accounting for the U.S. Institutional business. During his tenure, Dan played a key role in supporting the migration, integration, and implementation of multiple applications and systems. He also acted as the primary IT contact, liaising with the IT department to resolve local issues, and support system integrations.
Dan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing and Supply Chain Management from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
